MUNi 2024

Welcome to MUNi 2024 - Delegate Applications now open

We are thrilled to invite you to MUNi 2024, Berlin's largest annual MUN, scheduled to take place from July 19 - 21, 2024. This year's conference will focus on the critical theme of "Shifting Power Dynamics and Global Inequalities". 

As a delegate, you will represent a UN member state and engage in discussions on pressing global issues. Your role will involve getting familiar with official committee procedures and researching your assigned country's stance on the respective topic. Do not hesitate if you are new to MUN - no prior experience is necessary. 

This year, two pressing global issues are on the agenda. In the UNESCO committee, delegates will discuss gender disparities in education, including socio-economic factors and systemic bias influencing access to different forms of education. Further, ECOSOC delegates will concentrate on economic realignment in the post-pandemic world, analysing how the recent COVID-pandemic reshaped global economic power structures and its impact on inequalities and equitable economic development. 

The entire conference will be conducted in English to ensure an inclusive environment for all students interested in matters of international politics, diplomacy and justice. Please note that a participation fee of 15€ will be applied to partly cover the costs of this student-led event.
